Cigna has launched a brand new phone app to meet Cigna’s customer needs. Cigna Mobile App, which is known as myCigna, will inform users through Apple and Android devices of any health care information needed. In this app, there is a physician directory with various doctors and other health professional that can cater to the patient’s needs. The user can also look up medications and compare prices of several different pharmacies (over 60,000!). Medical, dental, and pharmacy claims can be looked up in Cigna’s system along with the account balances and deductibles.
